11th of Muharram

Yesterday was Leilat 11th of Muharram. We sat in the car listening to the lecture. After the battle of Kerbala, orphans and grandchildren of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) were taken as prisoners, and left alone in the darkness of their tents, mourning the death of their loved ones whose holy remains were scattered outside their tents. We felt so unified with the others as we lit our candles to relive the sad events of that day.

    Hello Ma’am,

I found your website by searching for Twinkle Star Nursery, when I accidentally stumbled upon your site. Your site has so much more to offer and I was wondering if it was possible for my wife to speak with you and perhaps become new friends. My wife and two year old daughter (Americans) are new to Kuwait living in Mahboula, while I have been here a year working. We are trying to find activities and friends who have children, so that our daughter can stay interactive. We have already discovered things like the Friday Market and love it, but am wondering what a local could also show us in this vast country. I did not want to leave too many details on your public site, but would love to e-mail you my wife’s telephone number and e-mail address.

    Respectfully,

    Brandon and family
