…for not informing me that you’ve requested a newer atm card for the 2nd time in less than one month, without my permission even! How can they issue newer cards without customer’s consent? What harm would it do for them if they called or texted their customers to let them know about these changes, they have no problem advertising their other services but they can’t make simple calls for important matters like this, ok at least e-mail us, mail us even but let us know! Anyways, I managed to pick up my e-pin only. And once I get my newer atm card I might have to request a newer e-pin! Pointless … I drove all the way to my branch only to know I have to wait until after Eid to get my card, and I have to wait another week to request an e-pin!

It took two months to get my new card (come back next week) .. and now that i finally got it, the pin doesn’t work!

Its getting ridiculous these days! I told them if they stop my card I will close my account and smiled

I had my new card..but NBK told me that your epin will not change. However, I had unpleasant events; after I got my “new” card, I discovered (by chance!!) that NBK issued 2 extra cards which I had to cancel immediately. another thing, next day I had a call from NBK constumer (happened to be my brother!!!), telling me that the bank gave me his card by mistake. So I was actually puzzled, because I normally check all details before I take any bank card, passport visa, etc. (bad previous experiences), however, after a greeting talk with my brother and I checked the card details, it was my card. Then my brother told me…they found it, they found his card..so, why they have to do this disturbing constumers in the first place, it is poor administrative arrangement and handing.
Anyway, we are at Jedda Airport, coming home soon Inshallah.
