I joined the gym

And finally, 3yrs later I joined. I can’t wait to start working out. All I need is to stay in shape. I need this so baaad. I want to exercise my back, tummy and shoulders. I feel they are the most places that need so much of work.

For now I’ve taken the 3months membership, my sister says it’s more than enough. She’s like you’re going to gain weight. I don’t mind gaining as long as I look fit now. I’m dying to get fit! I remember at 16, I was obsessed with my weight but I was never fit. Back then I weighed 48kg and I did everything to lose more weight. I always hated my tummy.

When I got pregnant I was terrified of my weight gain, I couldn’t look at the scale but I always thought it’s all for the good of the baby. Husband wouldn’t let me sleep on an empty tummy, though many times I wanted to sleep without sth to eat.

After gaining a couple of kilos, I’ve come to love my body better than before, it held my baby for 9months that’s more than enough to make me proud of it ilhamdillah. I don’t care if I lose this extra baby fat anymore, in fact I love what those extra kilos had done to me. It sure made me look & feel better about myself.

    The tummy is hard to rid off but don’t think too much about it..

    You know, I don’t think weight gain has to do with having children.. it depends on what you are eating actually.. with my two children, I didn’t gain much, and breast feeding helps in loosing the weight.. I think the key is to forget about it, and have fun in the gym, that way you will look great because you FEEL great!

    I share the tummy-hate! Elmoshkila ina i can burn off everything else by dancing like a loon, ila hal tummy, and sit-ups are BORING!!
