[Looking at my tummy] I’m proud of my scar, stretch marks and saggy skin.

Its very nice to see mothers still feel this way, It sickens me to know that pregnant girls in Kuwait opt for a C-section before the baby is ready to come out because they do not want the scars and the stretch marks. This means depriving the child from his right to breastfeed, depriving yourself from hormonal balance which causes to postpartum depression and even chronic depression ( a 4 page article about this on my blog ) and so many other preventable disorders like breast cancer and ovary cancer.
However, and according to my studies and practice, the food u eat and ur life style determines how stretchy ur skin can get. For example if u eat whole grains which is the stable food of man kind and if brown rice dominates your diet, along with fresh green leaves and other healthy foods your skin is going to be elastic and will go right back with minimum scars after delivery. Skin will be elastic and you will not have a saggy tummy.
And if sugar, artificial sugar and fruits dominates your diet, with lots of bread and flour products you will probably get more scars and you will end up with saggy skin.. your body cells will age quickly and have no strength to renew themselves the way they should..
We can see live examples for this by observing the mothers around us from all different nationalities and backgrounds.
Thank you for this wonderful post I hope it inspires many girls to appreciate their bodies, enjoy their motherhood and recognize what is important in life.
