My love street

Back in highschool some of my classmates talked about ‘love street’ and I had no idea what they were talking about. A street for lovers only, I thought. I imagined the street was full of shops, cafes and cute couples walking arm in arm lol …

It’s the “stare contest” street because of the many traffic lights.

When I first came to Kuwait and heard about Love street, I was sooo excited thinking the same thing that you did I was going to find numerous cafes w/ BEAUTIFUL decorations everywhere, a Valentineish street :0| I was so excited when I got to go but I kept asking when we would get there only to be sadly informed that we were on it. All I saw was a street w/ endless lights and cars full of overly excited guys trying to talk to girls who were dressed to the nines. My love bubble was quickly deflated, hehe I took my sister there yesterday she asked where the pink hearts were, fooled her too.
