Not wanting to go
I couldn’t get my son to go to nursery today so I took him back home, I tried giving him candies bas makoo fayda! Maybe he was sleepy, anyways I’m not taking him tomorrow because the teacher told me there’s an outing for the older kids and the little kids will stay on their own at the nursery, so I’ll let him rest for a day or two until he makes up his mind. I hope he’ll start going again but what if he still doesn’t want to go? how can I make him want to go?

Like you said, perhaps he was sleepy. Maybe he’s coming down with something; lots of people I know are sick, so there’s definitely something going around.
Like chikapappi said, go with him and stay for a few minutes. Talk to the other kids, teachers, let him see that you’re comfortable there. Also try to find out if anything happened yesterday that upset him.
If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to take him, and leave immediately. He’ll cry but shortly after you leave, the crying usually stops. Trust me.

stinni, that’s what I usually do. But since after ramadan I’ve been picking him up 30 minutes late because I finish work 1:45pm, so I think that’s the reason why he doesn’t want to go anymore. He probably feels that I’m not coming back for him, or worse I forgot him there!

Ahhh, yes, that makes sense. I was late a few times picking my son up from school and he didn’t like it at all. Maybe you can arrange things with work to leave early and do some work at home? Just a thought.

Listen to my advice! I know kids now a days! M-O-N-E-Y! Money makes the world go around! Slip him 1/4 K.D. and things will work out fine!

I dont think the teachers made him want to go back!
If the teacher deals with the child lovingly, they will always want to go back. Maybe the nursery is not interresting enough!
