I still think it sucks
Remember my previous post Jazeera Airways Sucks, well someone by the name ‘Airline’ who I assume might work for them doesn’t seem to think I was fair about the whole incident. Here’s what he wrote:
Airline Says:

First of all I would like to inform you that the gates are assigned to the airlines by the Kuwait DGCA. The airport is fully owned by the Kuwait DGCA. I understand that once there was an incident by mistake they assigned same gate for 2 JZR flights. It’s not the airlines mistake…you have to blame the DGCA for that.
Second thing, I have travelled many times with JZR, on Row no. 4 which is just behind the curtain separating J+ and Jazeera pax. I have never seen that the curtain touching anyones face. You are exhagurating things beyond reality.
And regarding the Infant Seat Belt, I strongly disagree with you. The crew is informed well in advance that how many infants are onboard and what’s their seat numbers. Immediately the pax is seated they supply the seat belts. What you mentioned is very difficult to beleive.
Therefore, please it’s very easy to critisise, without knowing the real fact!”
I’d like to reply to him here. I’m not exaggerating at all and I have nothing to gain from all of this. I was truthful about it. It was a noisy flight and it was a very baby-unfriendly one. Everyone was pushy, queue was too long and disorganized. No one was there to help us out. Other flights would respect the elderly or parents who had infants with them and they’d probably let them board first. I didn’t see that with Jazeera Airways. So how do you say I’m exaggerating about my whole experience with them! Plus it’s the airlines responsibility to act quickly to solve any issues with anyone, it’s so unacceptable to start putting the whole blame on DGCA, making up excuses for this and leaving passengers take the whole situation in their hands, without even giving passengers any prior notice about all of this. So how was I unfair?

What a moron! This guy needs to get a lesson in manners. This is one of the worst replies I have seen in years!!
If I ever wrote an e-mail to any of my business partners like that I would get a warning letter! What a creep!
You need to forward this letter to his management.

The company should satisfy the customer. If they are making excuses, or trying to show your errors, then they are second hand or even lower and don’t deserve to be anyone’s first choice.

He is completely wrong for emailing you that, please provide his name so that he may be reached with the real facts. That is really horrible things to say to a parent and a passenger.

That guy needs to be spanked on his bums like his momma never has! Damn it girl, I empathize with you. May the flees of a thousand camels infest his ballers and may his hands grow too short to scratch them!
I’ve had several other friends who’ve had nothing but the roughest time with them!

This piece of crap should be fired from AL JAZEERA - someone call CEO Marwan Boodai and tell them of this incident.
I wouldn’t want clowns like this working for me especially in CS.
