I’ve been planning for some time to have a get well gift sent to my brother just to cheer him up a little. So yesterday I found on 1800flowers.com a flower basket with a ‘get well’ teddy bear and we all agreed it looked so nice on their website that I didn’t have 2nd thoughts when Rami had it delivered to my brother.

But how shocked I was after my dad sent me the pics they looked almost nothing like the flower basket on their website!!! It looked kinda ugly, maybe I expected a little too much for the price we paid for, I mean in Kuwait for that same price I can get a way bigger flower bouquet!

1. Teddy bear was not wearing a ‘get well shirt’ as in the picture on their site.

2. Basket had no orange roses but pink?? Well they should’ve chosen at least a different colour at least to match them up with the other flowers.

3. The basket on their site was full to the top but the one they sent was half full!

4. Flowers don’t even look fresh.

5. Handle of the basket was broken from poor handling which only shows how cheap the quality of the basket is.

6. They say “components may vary” well in this case it’s everything!!

7. They should have really mentioned that ‘all components will vary so much that it would look nothing like the picture above.’

P.s. At least they got the ‘get well’ balloon right.

I’m not going to deny that my brother loved it with all its flaws. It sure was a great surprise and all I needed to hear was how happy he was about it.
