Lamb Machoos
I cooked machboos with meat. In spite of my efforts to cook it on low heat, the meat was still not as tender as I would have liked, even the rice wasn’t any better, but I should say everything needed 30 minutes extra.

You should get the right type of meat, usually the arm and cook it for at least 2 hours with the herbs, I sometimes cook it for 3 hours and it comes out extremely tender!
