Huge fight
I got into a huge fight with the babysitter yesterday. I’m sure if my mom was around she would have slapped her. But I did appreciate her attempts of an apology. I felt so guilty and miserable until she apologized and she was very sincere. I quickly accepted her apology. I’m usually a neutral person and I’m not the sort who’d pick fights but yesterday was exceptional. I couldn’t take her lousy actions anymore and all the accusations I keep getting as though it’s my fault every time. I can’t always blame myself because of her dumb actions!

Rule of thumb, you always abuse help until they are up to standard, then you let off the gas slowly.

I totally understand how that feels…and it’s very frustrating…you have to learn to be strict with them, otherwise they will never live up to ur standards.

Go for part time and install cameras. That would be my advice. I’m sure you have relatives that can help you out with the babysitting, no?

Pearls I have to agree with Purg on this one.. you push hard in the beginning and not let them slack off, if they do anything wrong then they need to learn that they cant slack off..
I think Rami can help you install cameras.. that way you know what she is doing with your child so I really recommend that you do that..
what did she do to piss you off?

She butts in my business all the time. I’ve been feeling quite guilty for the past few days and maybe I overreacted a bit. So just to make it up to her I got her ice-cream today.

Heheeh!! Ice Cream… sweet! Well, we had one young girl that I swear used to act like the lady of the house (she misinterpreted nice as being easy and stupid)… besides butting in every single thing, she used to sit watch TV with me till 12 and i had work next morning, of course Nescafe enti go do it yourself (we ain’t used to havin’ someone to helo aroundn the house) and she used to get pissed off when we buy something and not include her with us! Huh! She’s soooooooooo history now and OUT! If we trust her at least with Hassoun, be firm bas nice you know - keep boundries and give her the “face” for a while till she understands who’s who in the house…. Camera…. sounds like a good idea i guess bas leish el shak o weswas ya3ny…. That all comes down to you, how long have you known her, how much do you trust her..
