Its sad they dont know how to make a workable solution, if you tell them the problem they ban all maids thinking that it is a good solution. Never really thinking about something through, but this is how our government operates.. I feel bad for these women, but you do get afraid of them really. What we did for my brothers place is install cameras and they know they are there and they know we watch them even if people are working.
