My Baby’s 1st Wishlist

My baby turns one this Friday, inshallah. I’ve tried baking a carrot cake for him the other day but it didn’t turn out too good, I think I messed up with the ingredients but I’m not going to give up that easily. I’m going to try again today, only this time I’m going to have to be more careful. I’m going to look for other recipes online, and let’s hope I’ll have better luck this time. He never had cake before or anything sweet like candy so I can’t wait to see him have his first real dessert. I just remembered I’m suppose to introduce other things at one year like the regular full-cream milk. I hope he likes the taste of it.

Wishlist:

1. Real Nokia cell phone with 10 KD credit.

2. Bottled mineral water, preferably a used empty one, rinsed out with soapy water, caps removed.

3. Fruit juice carton, if possible KDD because they’re very chewable.

4. Tv remote controls, especially the ones used for the TIVO.

Can the Nokia phone be postpaid? How big do the bottles have to be? Can they be the small ones? What about the fruit juice cartons- the tiny ones or the 1/4 litre ones? And will a satellite receiver remote control do or does it have to be the ones with tons of buttons? I think I’ll go start wrapping right away. ;)

Heheheee!!! I ain’t lettin’ your kid chew on bottles, cartons or remore controls, bas is there any specific Nokia model Hassoun prefers? :)

Rana, lol don’t worry yourself with this wishlist because you’ve already gotten him tons of stuff. So no more gifts from you, at least not until next year!

If I have to be more specific I’m going to have to say no for postpaid and the mobile must be the latest Nokia phone. The water bottles should be 1/4 litres and I won’t accept the regular remote controls, sorry!

Chika, I haven’t checked the latest ones in the market, so I don’t know what I prefer, lol.

When’s the party? ;) I know just the right fruit juice kids love thanks to Meemo!

    Happy birthday :)

Happy Birthday to sweet Hassan! I recommend Progress level 3 from the age of 1-3 years.

Thanks everyone, but I don’t have any plans to throw him a party. I’m just going over to my father-in-law’s place to celebrate and I’ve made an order for a b-day cake with Hassan’s picture on it. I might be going out too.

OC, I’m still giving him Gain (6-18 months) but I’m not so sure if I should change to another brand, is it too late? I want to introduce fresh milk into his diet too.
