Banaha Banaha
I remember in my primary years at school we gathered up for assembly and sang some nursery rhymes we learned in our music class. There was this song that made me giggle a lot especially every time one of the boys in our class attempted to sing it. I just can’t get it out of my mind tonight and I still don’t know what it means or what language it is but it goes something like that: sisi sisi si dolada yaku sine ladu banahaa banahaa banahaa banahaa yaku sin ladu banahaa. I can only imagine a little lonely boy singing it in the dark ..

Never smile at a crocodile
No, you can’t get friendly with a crocodile
Don’t be taken in by his welcome grin
He’s imagining how well you’d fit within his skin!

When I was in Kuwait last, I found a tape I apparently made in 92-93 singing songs we used to sing in assembly….
It was kinda cute I have to say
