LoFat Food
I felt like LoFat food yesterday so I went ahead and placed my first order. I waited only 30 minutes or so until my food arrived. Like everyone had said I got my food fresh and warm. The only thing was that there was a mix up with my order so instead of getting the Chicken Grilled sandwich I got the Rocca salad with grilled chicken and as a result the restaurant decided to give it away as a complementary appetizer. Nice move! I had french fries as well as brownies, yummie!
In spite of the mix up with my food order I must say everything I had was super tasty even though I couldn’t chew very well and that’s due to my swollen gums! Oh and another thing I’d like to point out is I expected to get a bigger brownie for the price I had paid for. But nevertheless I think LoFat is way cheaper and much tastier comparing to Diet Center. And having the food delivered to home is a thumbs up too, though I was really hoping to find a nutritional fact sheet.
This yummie brownie costs 500 fils, I’d suggest 150 fils!

You should check out Food 4 Thought too, theyre located in the City and currently have a delivery only service. Slick branding, slick website http://www.f-4-t.com They deliver to anywhere in the city and to residential areas close to the 1st ring road…

I reccomend the Halloumi heaven wrap, the Mixed Bean salad and the Avocado Shrimp salad with thousand island sauce. They make all their own sauces, and the packaging is some of the best on the market. The menu is the slickest one out there if you ask me.
Theyre open 9am until 8:30pm, delivery only at the moment, however I see it as an up and coming brand in Kuwait for sure.

Did you try out Casper and Gambini’s Lowfat menu? I tried it on wednesday it was pretty good…didnt like their diet choc cake though….the cheescake was good!

First of all, salamat la your gums! Ba3dein, there’s a diet center located fe Ritz, they all praise it kteer and whenever I had this urge to have the low calorie food, I used to drive up to Shamiya and get the stuff men elcounter taba3 Health Watchers, it was yummy and cheaper than actually subscribing to the program! Walla! Mostly, I crave for sweets and everything there is good for me .

btw lofat has a new menu and their service is much faster now ,, plus they reduced the prices to some extent.. they have a larger menu know with pizza and pasta and more sandwiches and salads ,, go check it out ,, or order home delivery

What kind of vegetable Lofat is using on their Steak ??? It taste sucks.. It is a food for the Camel,Sheeps and Goats … Taste of the Steak is very Sour .I think it is over marinated ..It is better to go with Subway .
