I feel older today!
I’ve been feeling quite old lately especially now that I’m a mom. I always check my hair for any grey hairs. I swear I’ll be so ready to dye my hair purple with the first glimpse of a white hair. When I look in the mirror I see a different person looking back at me. I really appreciate the comments like ‘you don’t look like a mom,’ but it makes me wonder how moms are suppose to look like. I’m thinking saggy tummy, black circles under the eyes and lots of grey hairs. I don’t want to look like that ever!!

Pearls, i have like 15 or 16 white hairs everytime i pull them out about 3 or 4 extra come so ive given up on pulling them out and concentrate on dying my hairso my husband doesnt notice, some ppl i know they always say u dont look married and makes me also wonder what a married woman is supposed to look like

mmm Pearls, being a mom doesn’t mean you should have white hair, that’s a sign of Age. and for an answer to your question, how do moms look like, well u will know how they look if u look at those women with kids running all around them screaming and shouting.
… oh and i don’t know what you look like … but from your posts, you don’t seem like the typical mom.
Some moms look like super models, and others well … let me spare u the speech

Here’s an even worse scenario: I’m not a mom (and the way things are looking, I’m nowhere close to it) and I already found a white hair.
I bet now you feel better
When people say you don’t like you’re a mom, I think they mean you look younger than your age.
And not having a saggy tummy probably helps too

Hon, you’re a gorgeous young mother so stop worrying about white hair, and enjoy every minute of it coz ur only gonna live once! And…thumbs up on the purple hair, when I was in the US I almost did that

I am sure people tell you that you do not look like a mom only because you look young and you ARE young… Mashallah, you are only 24
As for the gray hair, I also have a few of them, and it is not difficult seeing them (I am brunette and I never dyed my hair), but I pull them out… I guess having a few gray hairs when one is still young is determined by one’s genes. And who are we to fight genetics?!
