Damaged Teats!!!

The past few weeks, I’ve had a terrible time with the Avent’s teats because they kept leaking and spraying the liquid, and I had to screw and unscrew the bottle, until I was just fed up! I kept thinking, ‘there must be sth wrong with the bottle screws or the teats are just worn out.’ I wanted to buy a whole new lot of teats, until we discovered that they were perfectly fine. When we experimented, it was the hot water that was causing pressure in the bottle, and made it drip faster.

So what I had to do is, say if I want a 120ml water bottle, then I’d fill the bottle with that amount, wait until it cools, and when it’s time for my baby’s feeding, all I have to do is pour out some water, and replace it with more hot water until it’s warm enough.
